Our priority is your satisfaction and progress. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (since success depends largely on your commitment and engagement), we offer a satisfaction guarantee based on service quality. Here’s how it works:

  1. Client Participation is Key: Hypnosis works best when you are fully engaged in the process and committed to following the recommendations provided. For this reason, our satisfaction guarantee focuses on service delivery, not results.
     

  2. Session Credits: If you feel that the service quality did not meet your expectations and you provide specific, actionable feedback, you may be eligible for up to three session credits. These credits can be used for future sessions, allowing us to address your concerns and help you continue toward your goals.
     

    Examples of Eligible Feedback:
     

    • Qualifying: "During the session, I expressed that I was uncomfortable with a particular technique, but it wasn’t adjusted accordingly, making it hard for me to stay focused."
       

    • Non-Qualifying: "I didn’t quit smoking after one session," or "Hypnosis didn’t work for me," as outcomes can be influenced by external factors outside of the session.
       

  3. Prepaid and Unused Sessions: Any prepaid individual sessions that have not yet been attended are eligible for a full refund (as long as they meet our 24-hour cancellation policy). Please see our Refund policy for more information on prepaid packages.
     

  4. Non-Refundable Services: Group sessions, classes, and custom recordings are non-refundable due to their personalized or shared nature but may be transferable depending on the circumstances.
     

How to Provide Feedback & Request Session Credits:
 

If you feel a session did not meet your expectations based on the criteria above, we welcome your feedback in writing. Please ensure it is:
 

  • Specific: Outline exactly where the service didn’t align with your needs or preferences.

  • Relevant: Focus on elements within our control, such as communication or session techniques.

  • Actionable: Provide suggestions for how we could improve for future sessions.
     

If your feedback qualifies, we will offer session credits as part of our satisfaction guarantee. In cases where session credits aren’t applicable, we encourage you to continue working through your treatment plan, as long-term commitment often leads to the best results.
