​At Wellness Canada Accreditation, we hold ourselves and our members to the highest ethical standards, ensuring care, professionalism, and trust in all interactions with clients, students, and the wellness community. By joining, each member or school agrees to uphold the following principles.

Commitment to Quality and Care

  • Deliver services and instruction with integrity, empathy, and a focus on the highest standard of care for clients and students.
     

  • Promote the well-being of those you serve while maintaining professionalism in all aspects of practice.

Professional Standards

  • Secure and maintain appropriate liability coverage to safeguard both practitioner and client in unforeseen circumstances.
     

  • Adhere strictly to the scope of your qualifications, avoiding any diagnosis, prescription, or practice beyond your formal training and legal certification.
     

  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client or student records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Transparency with Wellness Canada Accreditation

We require all courses to meet legal, ethical, and Wellness Canada-specific standards, including:
 

  • Adhering to copyright and other legal regulations.
     

  • Aligning with our accreditation values and quality benchmarks.
     

  • Transparently disclosing any third-party affiliations or endorsements.
     

Confidentiality and Trust

  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all personal information shared by clients and students.
     

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring it is used only in ways that align with ethical and legal requirements.

Respect and Inclusivity

  • Treat all clients, students, and colleagues with dignity and respect, regardless of background, identity, or personal circumstances.
     

  • Foster an environment that values diversity and ensures no discrimination occurs.

Commitment to Growth and Ethical Practice

  • Pursue ongoing education and skill development to provide clients and students with informed and up-to-date techniques within your chosen wellness field.
     

  • Uphold transparency in all communications, ensuring clients and students fully understand the nature and scope of services provided.



     

Refund Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership within three days of joining for a full refund, provided certificates or memberships have not been issued.
     

  • Course accreditation memberships are non-refundable once the accreditation process begins. Wellness Canada will work collaboratively to support members in achieving successful accreditation.


     

Adherence to Ethics

Members agree to honor and uphold this Code of Ethics throughout their membership period, reflecting the values of Wellness Canada Accreditation in all professional interactions.
