At Wellness Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and our refund policy is designed to respect your investment and our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

 

Refund Eligibility Unused Sessions

 

Refunds for unused sessions within a package are available under specific conditions. If you are unable to continue the program due to unforeseen circumstances such as relocation, health issues, or other significant life changes, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions.

 

Pro-Rated Refund

 

Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis. This means you will be charged the standard rate for the sessions you have attended, and the balance of the package cost will be refunded. For example, if a package of 4 sessions is purchased at a discounted rate and only 2 are used, the refund will be the total package cost minus the standard cost of the 2 attended sessions.

 

Administrative Fee for Refunds Flat Fee

 

To cover the administrative costs involved in processing a refund, a flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount. Purpose of Fee: This fee helps offset the administrative costs of handling payment reversals and other related tasks.

 

Time Frame for Refund Requests Request Deadline

 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your last session or the onset of the circumstances leading to the request. Non-Refundable Circumstances Halfway Completion: No refunds will be available for clients who have completed more than half of their session package. This policy is in place to support full engagement and commitment to the hypnosis process.

 

Processing Refunds Refund Processing Time

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refunds, which will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
