Hypnosis Service Packages

Wellness Canada Refund Policy
 

At Wellness Canada, our focus is on delivering exceptional hypnosis services with the highest standards of care and professionalism. We understand that circumstances can sometimes change, and we strive to be flexible and fair in accommodating these changes. Our refund policy reflects this commitment while ensuring clarity for both our clients and our team.
 

Refund Eligibility for Unused Sessions
 

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your session package—such as relocation, health concerns, or significant life changes—we offer the option to request a refund for any unused sessions. This policy is designed to respect both your investment and our dedication to each session.


Pro-Rated Refunds
 

Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis. This means you’ll be charged at the standard session rate for the sessions you’ve completed, and the remaining balance will be refunded. For example, if you’ve purchased a discounted 4-session package but have only completed 2 sessions, the refund will reflect the total package cost minus the standard rate of the completed sessions.

 

Administrative Fee

 

To cover the administrative work involved in processing refunds, a flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This helps offset the cost of managing payment reversals and related tasks while ensuring we can continue offering flexible solutions.

 

Requesting a Refund

We ask that refund requests be made within 30 days of your last completed session or when the circumstances leading to the request first arise. Refunds will not be available if more than half of your session package has been completed, as we believe that by this stage, you’ve fully engaged in the process, and your commitment to positive change is essential for continued progress.

 

Processing Time for Refunds

 

Once a refund request is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
